Saving sub questions and multiple choice answers for future use?

I understand how to create questions and save them for future use, but cannot seem to figure out how to save answers and sub questions.

All that I am really trying to do is create a "How did you hear about us" section at the end of the process, and include an "other" selection that would lead into the user responding.

Which I know how to do, just not how to save it.

Any help on this?
