CREATE recurring events over API

Hello everybody, I cant seem to find the endpoint for creating recurring events over API. I have to create a lot of events dynamically and I cant go one by one, manually on the site to update them. 

Also, creating a event that is a year length, is giving problems with creating sales ticket to it. Its making the event with Sales ENDED tickets.

How can I fix this?
