Venues Endpoint 403 Error

I am attempting to get a venue's information using the following Eventbrite Endpoint:

https://www.eventbriteapi.com/v3/venues/18231440/?token=********************

In my browser, application, and in Postman I get the same error:

"error_description": "You do not have permission to access the resource you requested.",
"error": "NOT_AUTHORIZED"
}

I know that my token is good because I'm using the Eventbrite API successfully in other parts of the application.

Any idea what is going on here?

Please email api at eventbrite dot com with your auth token so that we can look in to this further.
