[BUG] Webhook no longer being triggered

Hello!

We have created a webhook that is triggered when:
Actions/Objects:
Events: All
Action: event.created
Action: event.updated

It has suddenly stopped working and is no longer triggered when we create or update an event.

Any possible reason for this?
