Hi all,

The Europeana API is currently unavailable and has been since late afternoon yesterday. The cause is a hardware breakdown at our hosting provider. They are working to fix the issue but as of yet we have no estimated time when it will be fixed.Apologies for this inconvenience and I will keep you all posted when there's an update.
