DO NOT deregister after service stop sending heartbeats

Hi Guys,

Aa https://github.com/Netflix/eureka/wiki/Understanding-eureka-client-server-communication said:
"If the server hasn't seen a renewal for 90 seconds, it removes the instance out of its registry."

However, ss it possible to configure server to behave the following way:

when one of services stopped sending heartbeat, Eureka server still keeps it in registry but with status 'DOWN' ?
