how eureka keep HA and consitency

Hi, Everyone.
I am new to Eureka and I am doing the POC for my team. I have read the document and founding that Eureka has 2 node topology for fail over is recommended way. I am wondering if the Eureka client have a load balancing to do loading shed(Question 1). And if there is a more complicated cluster, for example, 5 Eureka server cluster, if one of server is down, does the cluster have a quorum leadership election, how the client transfer connection from failed node(Question 2).
