Configuring Route53 AWSBindingStrategy

I can see from the source that there is an AWSBindingStrategy.ROUTE53 and a Route53Binder (in com.netflix.eureka.aws. It looks like Route53 is an option to elastic ip binding. But I cannot find one shred of documentation on setting this up. Is there an example or doc that anyone knows of?
