Running Eureka Server gives error with no Services registered

So I'm trying to run the demo and I can get everything to work just fine. My problem is that when I start running eureka.war on tomcat 9 it just keeps spitting out this error until I get a service to register to the eureka server and then the error stops.

Is this expected behaviour or should it not be doing this?
