Use eureka-client in Java EE application

Hello there

I'm trying to integrate the eureka-client in my java EE application but this leads to a lot of CDI problems during deployment. Searching the internat was not very helpful except that it seems that there is no one who's tried it before.

So here is my question - Is there a way to integrate eureka-client in a Java EE application? Are there some best practices?
