It's so much better than running inside on a treadmill !

It's more comfortable than the heat of summer. At least you can dress in layers for cold! You can only take off so many clothes in the summer (at least without getting arrested!) I'd much rather run on a 30 degree day than a 75 degree day. Of course if it gets into the low 20's or below I have to put shoes on!
