Random idea: epgsql + all the extras

Hi,

I had a random idea: creating a 'sister' repository which includes
everything you need to get started with epgsql in a production system.
For instance, poolboy and fuse. This would be more convenient for
people than just installing epgsql and having to fetch all the other
stuff.

I started playing around with this but ran out of time. I think using
breaky is probably better than fuse, because the epgsql processes
crash if the connection goes away.

I ended up just writing the EXIT handling / restarting stuff myself.

The whole thing is to be considered experimental, and the API is not stable.
