TANK INITIAL LEVEL

Hi people, good morning! I just want to consult some of my observation about Tank initial level if it is correct. 

Please confirm or elaborate if it is wrong. Thank you!

Is the Tank "Initial Level" is the level/setting in which the reservoir pressure head 

(plus the ground elevation) have to fill? 

  a.) If epanet run results are successful, meaning it can fill the tank with that initial 

      level setting and can supply water to all nodes in the model?

  b.) If epanet run resulted to a "negative pressures" meaning it cannot fill the tank its

       initial level setting and cannot supply water to a certain node/s? 

To eliminate these negative pressures, you need to do one or both of the following: 

    1.) Increase the pressure head? 

    2.) Decrease the initial level of the TANK?

Are these observations are correct regarding epanet?
