EPACTS for hg38 VCF

Can  EPACTS works for hg38 VCF？ If so, how can I use EPACTS to deal with it?

As it is written, EPACTS uses hg37. You can amend the source for the @szchr variable in EPACTS/scripts/epacts.pm to reflect the revised chromosome sizes of hg38 and it works without throwing errors. If you spot anything else that may need to be changed to run it on hg38, I would appreciate the update.
