Erlang 17 Chocolatey NuGet

Hi all,

Apologies as this is slightly off-topic but I figured people here might still want to hear about this.

I updated one of the Chocolatey NuGet packages for Erlang to 17.0 last night.  If any of you Windows folks care to pull it down and give it a try (if you're willing to live on the bleeding edge for a few days), please let me know.  In this case the package name is "erlang" (the other package is "Erlang16."

I just tried point Elixir 0.12.5 at Erlang 17 and almost everything passes the smoke test anyway.  Mix gives me some sort of error but considering that v0.13 is just a few days away it's hardly worth mentioning.

Elixir test suite currently fails on windows (mostly because of issues in the test themselves related to paths). We are planning to tackle those issues soon. :)
