mix help does not display tasks without @shortdoc

Hi all.

I have a question about `mix help`.

`mix help` command shows the list of all tasks, default 26 tasks.

But I found some unlisted tasks. They doesn't have shortdoc. i.e. `mix deps.check`

Is this behavior according to specification?

Yes, that's according to the specification. The ones not listed are often private or not mean to be invoked directly.
