IEVS code not compiling?

Federico Pistono says Warren's code doesn't compile.

It does not compile on my system:

Apple LLVM version 6.1.0 (clang-602.0.49) (based on LLVM 3.6.0svn)

Target: x86_64-apple-darwin14.1.0

Thread model: posix

11 errors which I don't have time to fix. Do you have something that works cross platform?

I don't know about IEVS. But he should definitely look at https://github.com/The-Center-for-Election-Science/vse-sim - my VSE sim in python. (It's python; no compiling needed).
