Ever wonder how a Formula 1 car works ? Better yet, are you interested in working on a team to design, engineer, and build a small formula-style electric racing car and then compete against other vehicles from universities across the globe? IIT Bombay Racing is an independent student organization in IIT Bombay, comprising of 60 enthusiastic students spread across various engineering disciplines and united by a common ambition of being at the forefront of the international student motorsport event “Formula Student” competition held annually at the Silverstone circuit, UK.
We will be having a freshmen orientation for PG and UG the details of which are given below:
Date: 27th March 2014 (Thursday)
Time: 9:00 pm
Venue: LT(PCSA)
How the team functions, the recruitment process and the summer induction programme will be discussed.
