: Product :
We need to design and put together an Electronic Photo Frame, which will essentially be a tablet-like device, with scaled down computing power and processing capacity.. It will consist of an LCD/LED screen, along with a custom PCB, Memory, Battery, Micro-controller and Bluetooth module.. It might be required to program on it, for processing the input and displaying the output.. This device will be able to communicate with our own mobile app on iPhone and Android via Bluetooth.. : Use Case :
This device will allow a user to change various photos and wallpapers on it, with the help of mobile apps, which will communicate with the device, and update the respective pictures via Bluetooth..

: Platform :
We intend to put this device on crowd-funding platforms like IndieGoGo and KickStarter, to validate the need of such a device by the masses.. Post which, if the response is good, and if we are able to attract the interest of venture investors, we will go ahead and produce it on a large scale, and sell it to open public via various online and offline stores..

: Opportunity :
We are open to offering it as a freelance project, where the candidate(s) can decide a lump-sum price for doing this project.. Or if the candidate is interested, then we are also open to discussing partnerships.. The working hours are flexible, and candidate can work on it full-time or even part-time.. Also, if somebody wants to initially do it as a freelance project, and later on join the company, we are open to discussing that too.. The cost of acquiring various parts required for the project will be born by us..

: About the Company :
MindSparx is currently a mobile app products company based out of Mulund West, Mumbai.. We create mobile apps on platforms like Android & iOS, and publish them on the AppStore as Paid apps or Free apps along with in-app virtual purchases.. We are not a services company, and don't develop or work for outside companies.. We are really proud of one of our recent appsNameMyWorld, which went on to achieve the #1 RANK on the iTunes AppStore in India, leaving behind the likes of OLX, MakeMyTrip and JustDial to name a few.. With this product, we want to extend our apps expertise and branch out into the Internet of Things segment..

I am a Technology Entrepreneur, in my 9th year of doing business.. This will be my 4th venture.. Have you heard of Electronics cheap photoframes already available in the market? Starts at under Rs. 2000 (Eg.)  The China ones are even cheaper... Good luck beating those prices for your finished product...

I think you did not read the entire email.. We are very well aware of these products, and have thoroughly done our market research on them..

The product that we plan to build will not be fed by a USB or SD Card, which you need to keep plugging and unplugging, every time you want to load new photos onto your photo frame.. Instead it will be controlled and operated via a mobile app, and going forward we intend to construct an ecosystem of apps around it, where developers can build packs of various designs, pictures, wallpapers etc., and end-users can buy them from our independent App Store..
