ITSP Room Retention

Hello all,

This is to inform you that the retention of rooms for the participants of ITSP have been approved by the institute. The rooms will be  allotted  according to the sophomore allocation list circulated by erstwhile GSHA and room retention forms should be submitted on or before 30th of April. So, participants are requested to fill in the forms available at tinkerer's lab (main building, 3rd floor)  itself before 29th night.The tinkerer's lab is open 24 hrs and some or the other person will be available there.Do come in teams, fill the forms and staple and all the forms of your team members together. We will then get the signature being made and submit it to your respective hostels. The room no. will be allotted to you once the forms are submitted and then you can shift to your respective hostels. Also, you have been only allotted the rooms, for the mess you have to make your own arrangements as is the general case. For other queries feel free to contact any of the STAB member. Do it ASAP, its urgent!!
