Institute Technical Awards 2014-15 || Nominations invited

Dear all,

Nominations are invited for the institute technical awards. The various
categories of awards are given below:

1. Roll of Honor (RoH) & Citation: Awarded to students of the graduating
batch for exceptional contribution to technical activities in the
institute throughout their stay in the institute.

2. Person of the Year: Awarded to the students who have stood out as
stalwarts in their individual contributions to technical activities for
the academic year 2014-15.

3. PG Passing out Color: Awarded to students of the graduating batch of
PGs (3 year program or lesser) for notable contribution to technical
activities in the institute throughout their stay in the institute.

4. Colour: Awarded to students who have been exceptional in their
contribution to the institute technical scene for the academic year 2014-15.

5. Special Mention: Awarded to students who have notable contribution to
the institute technical activities for the academic year 2014-15.

6. Freshman of the year: Awarded to the students who, in their first year,
have excelled in the technical activities and made a significant
contribution to the same, for the academic year 2014-15.

If a student applies for RoH and does not get it then by default he will
be eligible for Citation (Same with PoY, Color and Special Mention). If a
PG student who has spent less than or equal to 3 years in the institute
does not get RoH or Citation, then he/she will be eligible for Passing Out
Color (PG) by default.

All nominations should be accompanied by a profile, which should have
details about achievements in various competitions, technical
projects, technical mentoring etc along with the appropriate dates. Please
note that only contribution in/for IIT Bombay shall be considered while
deciding the award.

March, 2015 11:59 PM.
