Version 0.09 released

Version 0.09 fixes a *major bug* in the way the UIDs were indexed.

You should reindex your indices after upgrading.

It also adds $doc->terms_indexed_for_field($field) which should aid
debugging of analyzers and queries, and adds id() and type() convenience
