cURL Library Example and Multiple Option Passing on HTTP POST

So—I will put the comment here:

When sending options using cURL, separate the options with the ampersand character, such that: "myopt1=thing1&myopt1=thing2& ..."

I tried all sorts of variants until I finally opened up http_post example in the examples/curl folder in EIFFEL_SRC and saw it being done there.
