All interested Food and Beer Enthusiast,
We are excited to announce September’s event! Fall is sneaking up
fast, but before she completely sets in we wanted to take advantage of
sunny days and cool nights.
For us here at the OSC, this time of year is prime for beer drinking.
We will be pairing a five-course menu, prepared by chef Sawako Okochi,
with locally crafted beers from the Rockaway Brewing Company. We are
really excited about this one! Beer cocktails and izakaya-style
snacks? Maybe. Fried seafood and I.P.A? Of course! We love beer and we
love food, there are so many interesting options.
We are holding 2 events, Monday and Sunday, September 18 and 19 at 7
PM. This month’s event is $150 plus gratuity, per ticket. Each ticket
is good for two people, you and your guests. There will be an
introductory cocktail, a five-course meal paired with beer, and more
surprises as the chef is inspired.

First Course - ‘Salt and Veggies' - farm fresh veggies paired with
specialty salts
Second Course - ‘Peach salad' OP Finnocchiona, Pecorino, Black vinegar
Third Course - `Clams w/ Chorizo'
Fourth Course - `Smoked Duck n Soba'
Fifth Course - `Kawari Anmitsu' Fried Azuki ice cream, green tea ice
cream, and mochi balls
