I haven't really done a lot with functional programming lately, so unfortunately I don't have very much to offer. I would like to hear about your experience with the SDL game. Most of the functional programs I've seen have been non-interactive, so I it would be great to see how well FP works in areas where imperative languages have historically dominated. And code golfing is always entertaining, of course.
In other news, you might have heard of a new web application called "School of Haskell" <
https://haskell.fpcomplete.com/beta> that seems quite promising. The introductory video promises a "live" textbook/tutorial supplemented with an online Haskell evaluator, and tools for people to create their own tutorials. They're in limited beta, so there's a waiting list for new users and I don't have access yet, but it sounds like an interesting idea.
