1) Statement of Accounts : Bank Balance >£700.

2) Election of Officers:

- Chair : Boris

- Treasurer : Robin

- Secretary : Rob

3) Any Other Business:

- Arranging a Second Night : some discussion on whether possible to have a second night. Comments that the sessions at Drouthy Neebors worked well when Baron/Simon were regulars with organisation on an ad hoc basis through mailing list to make sure enough people turned up. Would need to find a suitable venue, and see if enough interest to be viable. 

- Neil mentioned that he had volunteered to help on BGA committee.

- Scottish Open will be in Edinburgh. Details to be posted soon.
