I'm using Ubuntu and followed every step of codegen, but whenever I run this:
./echoprint-codegen Get+Got.mp3 1 10

Gives me this:
-bash: ./echoprint-codegen: Is a directory

From this note: that you need to have ffmpeg installed and accessible on your path for this to work
I have ffmpeg installed, even I type, it works and says it's deprecated and should use avconv instead

Where I'm possible missing?

maybe you should go into the dir:
./echoprint-codegen/echoprint-codegen Get+Got.mp3 1 10

or

cd echoprint-codegen && ./echoprint-codegen Get+Got.mp3 1 10
