Different Sounds to Match

Hi Guys.. I would like to know if your facility would be able to recognise any noise/sound...so if we set it to listen to a noise that may be slightly varied to the sound on your server to match it would it still work and be able to recognise it?.. For example a noise of a hammer banging a nail into wood... it would sound slightly different to what you have recorded to match on your server, but would it be able to match it knowing there would be a slight deviance from the actual sound being queried?

No, fingerprinting only works when the sounds being matched have
exactly the same timing in reference and query.

You want acoustic event recognition, but there are no off-the-shelf
solutions that I know of, just research like this paper:
