Echoprint song/identify API not working

I am trying to use song/identify API but I am getting 404

curl -F "api_key=T8SNEKA5XSDCM37G2" -F "query=@myJson.json" "http://developer.echonest.com/api/v4/songs/identify"

response : <html><title>404: Not Found</title><body>404: Not Found</body></html>

Have Echonest removed their identify service?
