Integrating echoprint-codegen with Java Application without system calls

I have created an easy way to integrate echoprint-codegen with any Java / Scala app, using JNI, so when you need to generate a fingerprint from a Java code, you dont need to do system calls to echoprint-codegen

The code is available in our github:
