Good cloud hosting options for Echoprint server?

Hi group,

I'm embarking on the path of setting up an instance of the Echoprint server. We need a cloud solution and I'm wondering what other people have used? Is Amazon EC2 the way to go? Is there a Heroku-like service that will work with Python and Tokyo Cabinet/Tyrant?
