Eblearn and multi-labelling

I aim at using eblearn, to find 5 keypoints on a face.
So the Output would be 10 outputs and for each output x and y location of the keypoint of the face: eye location, mouth location.
So I have multiple outputs and each output is more than just 0 or 1.

Do you know if this is possible and easy with eblearn or other deep learning softwares?
