Is it still possible to run E-prime using virtual box or parallels on a Mac?  Has anyone encountered any issues with recent updates?  I know people have used E-prime with parallels in the past, but I don't know if it is still feasible in the more recent versions.

Thank you!!

I've recently tried it, but could not get the screens to draw. I might be doing something incorrectly though.

I would like to know as well. I have E-prime 2.0.10.353  installed via Parallels on my Mac (OSX 10.9.5). No problems building the experiment, but there are a few issues running the experiment. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into similar problems, and if this is resolvable or if I just have to break down and buy a PC. Since I'm running this on a Mac, PST can't provide support.

1. In the text display objects with a lot of text (instructions slides), all of the text does not fit in the display, so the top and bottom lines are cut off.

2. With the two text display objects at the beginning of the experiment, the first object does not clear the display before the second one appears, such that the second one is superimposed over the first one. I have made sure that there is nothing checked in the properties box that would prevent the slide from clearing.

3. There is also a problem with the timing of the presentation of the objects in the trial procedures - the sound files start playing before the previous object clears.

Thanks, Jen
