E-Prime & TET: Sending an event marker to .gazedata

Hi,
I have the following problem: I want to send an indicator that an event has occurred (e.g., that a slide has been presented) so that it appears in the Tobii .gazedata file. The general information about a trial is already recorded in .gazedata (that is the various attributes specified in the List Object) using c.GetAttr, but I don't see a way to mark the file for when specific events occur. Anyone have advice or a sample .es program?
