SMI Eprime Extension

Hello!

We decided recently to add eyetracking (SMI) data to our EEG experiments. So far we used Eprime for that and we would like to continue in doing so.

But we cannot get the eyetracker working as it should be, maybe you can help me out here?

I downloaded the example scripts, added the iViewXAPI package to Eprime (standard and professional) but I cannot establish a connection.

I always get the error:

Could not establish connection. Check if Eye Tracker is installed and running

That is weird, because if I use Presentation or Matlab, I can get a connection (so the IP addresses are correct, and that's the only thing that you have to change manually, right?).

I think I miss something substantial here, I hope you have an idea?
