change video size in e-prime

Is it possible to shrink the size of a video to display properly within a slide in e-prime, such that none of the picture is cut off, or is the only way to resize the files to smaller dimensions outside of e-prime? We have about 40 videos that we want to use, but we want to have two fit on a slide, and shrinking them to 50 or 75% cuts the picture so that the videos play like you're looking through a peephole at the action.
