Hi:

I have been having an issue for about a week now, and have canceled so many dissertation subjects. I am at my wit's end, and I have no idea how to figure this out.

I have two experiments, a screener and the experiment. I am using EPrime2, and I am recording my ERP data using Curry 7. Up until a week ago, both experiments ran perfectly. Then, a week ago, the screener stopped sending triggers to Curry 7. The other file is still working. I have tried completely rewriting the broken file from scratch, I have tried cannibalizing the working file into the screener, and I have simply copied my trigger code from the working file to the broken file, but still, no triggers are showing up. I have a debug code that shows that EPrime2 thinks it is sending the triggers from the broken screener, but when I look in Curry 7, its trigger information screen shows that none are being received.

I do not think it is a port issue since the main experiment file is continuing to work. The Curry people say that since the trigger is not being registered, it is never being sent from EPrime2, but EPrime2 says it is sending it. I am so lost.

Any ideas of where to look? How code could work in one experiment but not another?

This is my trigger code:
Writeport &H378, c.GetAttrib ("CodeTarget")
Debug.Print "Wrote " & c.GetAttrib("CodeTarget") &" to EEG file"
'sleep(10)
Writeport &H378, 0

I have tried hardcoding a trigger instead of c.GetAttrib, but that doesn't change anything. I have no idea what to try or where to go. I would so appreciate any help. At this point I almost feel like this dissertation is not meant to be!
