Display setting problem

Hi everyone, I've been trying to run a paradigm in a new laptop at my lab but it displays the message "unable to set display mode". My screen's resolution is 1920 x 1080 and when I configurate the display device with this configuration, the paradigm isn't shown in the whole screen. I've also tried with match desktop resolution at runtime but it doesn't seem to work either.

I would appreciate if someone could help me with this problem, because I don't know what else to do.
