Help, I can´t Install E- prime because appear the message Unable to perform license operations!.

Anybody can help me?

Hello,

Were you ever able to resolve this message? We are currently receiving this same error, though already have 2.0 Professional installed. Any insight on how why this may be occurring is much appreciated.
