Go, No-Go experiment design

Hello, I am designing a Go, No-go experiment on e-prime version 2. I want to have a trialproc and an experimentalproc with two nested lists. One list for trialroc which consists of just Go-trials and one GO-NO/Go trials in experimentalproc. The trouble here is the software is set up to run it in sequential manner but it is not running it in that way. Can I please know the perfect way to run it? The stimulus is alphabets. Random alphabets as GO and alphabet X as NO-GO.
