Problems with E-Prime extension for Tobii CRASHING

I am writing to you with a question regarding using the eye tracker with a two computer setup. I have installed Tobii on one of the computers and use that computer for the eyetracker. The other computer runs e-prime 2.0.10.356 with e-prime extension package 2.0.2.54 (155) . This set-up worked at first but then when i ran my experiment it keeps crashing down. Could you help us?
