Not clearing canvas properly

Recently I have seen an issue where if a graph is changed from having one y axis to two, the region 'behind' the right-hand y axis labels is not being cleared of the original graph before the axis labels are drawn. A similar thing happens if a range selector is added. I think this came on with 1.1.0, but I'm not sure. Anyone else seen this?

Could you file an issue on github? Preferably with a jsfiddle to reproduce the bug.

I think this is the same bug as issue #572 as I'm also seeing artefacts next to the range selector. Try enabling a second y axis after initial draw and see what you get.
