suggestions for merging data merge data

I know dygraphs expects chart data x,y,x  (x being time)

if I have several json data sets of 

x,y(1)

x,y(2)

x,y(3)

Whats the best way to get to x,y(1),y(2),y(3). Is there a library that does this?
