synchronizer: getRowForX is not a function

Hi,
I had read postings about version mismatch, therefore I have tried to build dygraph-combined.js myself, but here start unsuccesfull try to build one.
I have tried git:

git clone https://github.com/danvk/dygraphs.git
./generate-combined.sh
there is no script like generate-combined.sh in clone version...

then I have tried npm:
npm install dygraphs

There is nowhere on my pc to find dygraph-combined.js version.
My pc OS is Windows 7.
I have downloaded all version, which are on the http://dygraphs.com/download.html. No one works with synchronizer.js ... I mean, I get the error: getRowForX is not a function. 
I can't find any solution.
