I am looking into getting more readers what is the frequency of our RFID tags? 125Khz?

Yes, we are using 125Khz tags.

The reader that we have on the door is http://seeedstudio.com/Electronic-brick-125Khz-RFID-Card-Reader-p-702.html but there are other compatible readers.
