Water in space

Hate to say it, but the front room is wet. The printers are okay, but the fridge got wet. Don't eat the cupcakes in the door. The rest are fine. Someone needs to test the oscilloscope.

Jon is cleaning up and has notified the property manager.

Tom is talking to property management. Between this and the "temporary" walls, I propose paying half rent due to the reduction in the space's usability. We'll see what happens.
