I'm interested in paying to have one of these built.  I'm flexible on the design.

I'd prefer to help so I can learn.  I'm between gigs, so I have a flexible schedule.

I have the pipe cutter.  I can get the steel and other parts.

I don't have access to a welder, torch, or a proper saw.
