Dropbox and SugarSync

I am a Dropbox user and after installing the plug-ins, my Dropbox essentially acts as my hard drive. A new client of mine prefers that we use SugarSync for document sharing. I am now running into a duplicate file and storage issue. Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions as to how to best address this?
