Sharing files with my team using MY storage not theirs

How do I ensure that when I share files with my team that they are accessing my storage and not their own.  I upgraded to PRO so I have plenty of space.  Almost every time when I share a large file, it fills up their storage and they cannot get into the folders.  Thank you.
