Billing discrepancy

There is no way to reach someone directly at Drop Box.  I received an incorrect billing and sent an email to an anonymous box.  I now have someone from an email that is:  ____ (Dropbox Support) <sup...@dropbox.zendesk.com>.  I'm concerned because they are asking for credit card information, but I can't even verify the email address.

Any suggestions??
